RF Engineer


Job Location: Parsippany, NJ

Description: Seeking a qualified RF Engineer with a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in CIS or IT and 6 months of work experience for an end-to-end technical understanding of design, scripting, and integration processes.Good experience with Shell scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, or similar), Linux, and command line tools. Responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end networks for LTE, 5G SA, and NSA cell setups aligned with 3GPP standards. Must analyze F1AP, NGAP, XN, S1, and X2 interface logs; understand Link Adaptation, Performance Measurement Counters, ENDC, XN/NG/Inter/Intra Handovers, and CA.Proficient in RF design tools such as Atoll to create RF Macro Cells and small cells, add new spectrum, configure multiport RET antennas, adjust power, and implement RF solutions that enhance LTE coverage and capacity. Should be able to review RFDS. Occasional travel may be required to unanticipated work site locations within the US as a roving employee.
